Healthcare Resources Foundation was founded in 2001 to help uninsured individuals and families with low to moderate incomes access care through a network of participating providers.
The program was designed around prevention: helping people build a regular relationship with a health care provider, seek routine check-ups and address health concerns earlier.

A membership, not insurance
The program provides access to negotiated fees within its participating network. Members pay providers directly for their services. It is not health insurance.
A history of community support
Through the HOPE Project and other community initiatives, the foundation has helped people facing unemployment or loss of health coverage find a path to care.
